About Me

susan fowlerMy name is Susan Fowler, and I’m really into computer science, math, philosophy, and physics.

I started this blog a few years back when I was a physics student at the University of Pennsylvania, and I used it as a place to collect some of my thoughts on physics, philosophy, and life.

I’m currently a Site Reliability Engineer at Uber, and I’m going through an obsession with microservice architecture (I’m writing a book on the topic right now!), but I still study physics in my spare time. I’ll always be a fledgling physicist.

I’m still the editor of both the philosophy of cosmology and the quantum field theory sections of philpapers.

You can find me on twitter as @susanthesquark.
